Just to have good quantities of a light session ale for Christmas I stuck this on this evening.

2 cornie's worth and a very nice colour (I've a thing about beer colour :) )

Not used Calypso or Willamette before, but if the discriptors are right I should have an apple/blackcurrent beer :o ;D

American golden mild

Original Gravity (OG): 1.040  (°P): 10.0
Final Gravity (FG):    1.010  (°P): 2.6
Alcohol (ABV):         3.93 %
Colour (SRM):          8.4   (EBC): 16.5
Bitterness (IBU):      22.7   (Average)

72.99% Pale Ale Malt
14.6% Munich II
8.76% Crystal 60
3.65% Wheat Malt

0.5 g/L Magnum (12.5% Alpha) @ 60 Minutes (Boil)
0.2 g/L Calypso (15.7% Alpha) @ 15 Minutes (Boil)
0.2 g/L Willamette (7.1% Alpha) @ 15 Minutes (Boil)

0.1 g/L Epsom Salt (MgSO4) @ 60 Minutes (Mash)
0.4 g/L Gypsum (Calcium Sulfate) @ 60 Minutes (Mash)
0.3 g/L Orange Peel @ 0 Minutes (Boil)

Single step Infusion at 67°C for 60 Minutes. Boil for 60 Minutes

Fermented at 20°C with US-05

If only I knew what that meant now maybe I could :o

I saw in another thread brewmate was compatible with that.
I always use beer engine but changed to brewmate for that reason.

Tell me where to look and I'll try, remember not all of us have computer smarts :D
