The fourth meeting of the South Eastern/Copper Coast brewers will take place at Sunday 15th September 2019 at 3pm in Gradys Yard.

- introductions, brewing experience and history
- any news items (upcoming festivals, events, competitions)
3:30-4:00 - first presentation: Immersion Chiller Build (TheSumOfAllBeers)
4:00-4:15 - second presentation: Kveik Yeast (ac13)
4:15-5:00 - members tastings (who, style, strength)

ac13 - Hopped Sour (WHC Odin Kveik)
TheSumOfAllBeers - Citra Pale Ale (Ubbe Kveik)

Yikes, I am the chair now? Better revise the plan for keeping mini me sedated.

If everything works as expected, I should be able to bring in my new immersion chiller and talk about how I assembled it, and what things you could do differently if you were building your own.



With luck my Citra kveik pale ale will be ready for sampling.
