@Daragh1980 have you considered posting your beers to another club, if you cant make any meetups?

IIRC Donegal is pretty far from any regularly meeting club. But if you talk to the reps in the various communities, you might be able to post down a beer or two and get it discussed. There are many people in the country that are certified competition judges, and that means they are trained in identifiying off flavours. Most off flavours can be traced back to a single, or handful of possible flaws.

One issue that can hit experienced brewers is wild yeast contamination - starsan is not effective at their removal, and they can introduce astringency, TCP/solvent and unpleasant phenolic characteristics.
