Hello friends, what's up.

I have brewed once an Irish Red although I live in Spain. It was tasty but I would like to learn more about the process. I love O'Hara Red and Murphy's Red. Anyone could help me with some recipes from Ireland?.

Thank you so much, appreciated for your help.

There's an award winning recipe in this thread. https://www.nationalhomebrewclub.ie/forum/best-recipes/gcb-red-ale-gold-medal/

Key to the style for me is getting a good level of roast flavour and a good, clean fermentation.

Thank you so much. Very kind of you. I Will try it.

Greetings.

I brewed this 2 weeks ago and bottled it on Monday. I'll let you know how it turns out.

Thank you Worems, I will keep an eye! Excellent

So, I've tried it in the last few days and it has turned out excellent. I probably undercarbed it but that doesn't bother me as much. Great recipe, brewing it again as we speak. Definitely worth a try.
