I had a crack at cheese making a while ago. After a huge search I found some non homogonised milk and made some fairly crap cream cheese. I think I still have some rennet left. I decided this was the kind of thing you do if you have your own herd or some other source of cheap, good milk. I'd like to be wrong though!

Do like most of us and hold on to the rennet until its pure rotten and then throw it out.
