Club competition for "Summer Session Beer finals"

Yeah mine are a bit on the old side too and the hop age tool in BeerSmith indicates that I pretty much need to double my hopping rate to balance the age. (I hope its right!)

i split what i had 50/50 for brewing and dry hopping but its now looking like a lot for dryhopping so it will be intresting  :P

That's a pity. Is it all bottled? You could dilute it with boiled water. And if you're worried about losing bitterness, you could boil the water with some hops to add a few IBUs.

We were talking about how many beers will go forward to the next round, so if we get a good few entries then we will put more than two beers forward. I'd say go for it and enter your beer with us in that case.

Will be a bit of craic either way!
