This weekend's bbq will consist mainly of spatchcock chicken. Possibly some pork belly if I get time too!
In primary:
In secondary: Wine, Melomel
In keg: Teddy Hopper, Coconut stout, 4 Cs, Buzz bomb, Never Sierra, Bock, OD
In the fridge: Helles Lager, Hob Gob

Marinade chicken with 25g of black pepper, juice of 1 lemon olive oil sea salt cover with cling film and leave for 24 hours

or
8 cloves of garlic (poached)
100g chopped parsley
sea salt / black pepper
3 table spns of olive oil
mix together push under skin then grill

I like doing a spatchcock chicken on the grill/barbecue, it's really tasty and retains all of its juice.
