Cheers Lads, lot's of work put into it so I hope it makes good smoked food, even though i know that's down to the cook 

The ball valve was just extra homebrew stuff I had....well spotted Mr Dempsey... The nipple is completely unnecessary....Maybe make a narrower flow of liquid fat into the bucket that will go under it .

Next Post will hopefully be about , Pork shoulder and Perfect brisket!!

Nice work Magnethead I noticed you also have 3 temperature probes in the lid of the smoker. Should be as good as any professionally built smoker after its sealed with high temperature silicone.
