Weekend brew

Going to get this on the go this weekend:
Coopers International Pale Ale
1.5kg LME
250g Maltodextrin
250g Dextrose
Orange rind
Coriander seeds
Was thinking some honey too, maybe 500g (too much?)
Its my own version of the orange wheat beer recipe on here (sorry can't remember who posted that, but thanks for the inspiration!!)
