To show some thanks to our hosts for allowing us to drink homebrewed beers in their pub, it is customary to buy some drinks from the house. Not difficult given the great selection on offer!

Not sure if the wheat beer is going to be any use, it was originally meant to be a Witbier, except instead of Blanche Wheat Yeast, used Munich Wheat and I don't think it brought out the curacao/coriander seed flavours (Like in Hoegaarden) also it went more or an Paulaner color. Might have messed up the batch prime DME solution also..

My first post on this forum! I will Post another one to introduce myself better when I get a chance.

So this is to let you know that I'll be there Tomorrow with two brews that can be qualified as "rough porter" and "flat red". You'll let me know what you think of them!
