Any chance of someone doing a big starter or sharing a slurry?

I have a decent amount of wlp 500 I can get on the go. I can get a 3L starter on the go and by the time be get to brew should have loads.

We canals plans at next meeting.

Partridge9

I have a very clean slurry WLP500 as well - looks perfect to me.
Could probably break it into 2 X  three litre starters without too much difficulty.
(Using 500g of DME)

Bit of a bump.
Still haven't heard from some of our own NCB.
Lads, we need to know one way or another who is in so we can start thinking about numbers.

I suggest we open this up to others outside the NCB in a week or so if the places are not filled.
We have to think timeline. nearly into the 6th month which means less than 6 months till Christmas. I'd love to have a barrel ages Belgian for then. I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Partridge9

Good news, Brian from homebrew west has offered us a very good deal on lme/dme if we need it on this project !

For those of us with the braumeister , we will need something in there.

Partridge9

Lads I have an extract brewer who wants in ..

any objections ?

Jacob

Nope. Unless he'll use kit :P
