Something Borrowed Pale Ale

Brewed this up on Saturday, many thanks to some Simcoe hops from baconsarnie. Getting married this summer and I've taken the recipe from elsewhere, hence the name. Trying for something like Brewdog Punk IPA.

Brewday went well, hit all my numbers without any remedial work required. Took an age to chill though, really need a more efficient chiller. Replaced on of the elements as I had burned one out a few brewdays ago. What a difference!!
