Mesquite

Picked up some Mesquite lump wood charcoal recently.

Anyone know much about this stuff?

It's just another charcoal.. In its wood for its good for smoking pork..as a charcoal  It will burn hotter than charcoal you usually get over here and burns quicker too.. I used it for a while in the states but preferred the high quality briquettes you can get over there.
