Force caring with 50/50 suremix

Hi,  I just got hold of the lager mix of 50/50 co2 and nitrogen,  I need to force carbonate and also serve.  I'm thinking I could use this to do both,  just throwing it out there if anyone has any advice etc.  Thanks a lot
