This should be an interesting legal battle between 'Spoons and the usual vested intersts! Could this be the first NEW pub license granted in ages?

Don't think you can transfer a license from Dublin to Cork. There is a limit, iirc: a 40 mile radius

have been looking foward to this opening in cork , chance of hobgoblin on tap apeals to me .....BUT and its a big BUT if its true that staff are on zero hour contracts i would be less lightly to partake of their well priced beers. does anyone here know if its true or just gossip? i did hear it from a pub owner.
