Had a couple of questions for you about a group brewday- hoping to do one soon enough up in belfast.where exactly do you do your group brewday?  do you guys have any suggestions about best way to do it?

As this is only our second brewday I'd be reluctant to be giving too much advise.
TOG our hosts are great and let us use their space for free!
From an organising point of view we've decided a demo day as our first two meetups but hope to mix it up a bit going forward! This ran very smoothly the last time around because I got three great guys who pretty much took care of the brewing, I tried my best to promote the day and we got a reasonably good turnout on the day.

There really is no wrong way to do a brewday as it is as much about the social side of homebrewing as it is about the production of a beer.
