Is 20 g of green hops the same as 20g of pellets, or are pellets more concentrated??

If your using for them for bittering 20g of pellets will give you slightly more IBUs. For late additions I reckon they are pretty equal. For dry hopping, 20g of cone vs pellets is also pretty equal but the cones will need to be dry hopped for a longer period as the oils are released at a slower rate.

I think it was 10% extra for green.

Its 10% less for leaf hops in IBU calculation. Flavour and aroma is up for debate.
