Will you be getting the Best Pale Ale malt in before the current offer ends?

Also one of the Cornelius kegs I got in a previous order won't hold pressure no matter what I do with it.  It got a fair knock in a previous life by the looks of it.  Can I get credit for against an order of a further 3 kegs (i.e. have it counted against your current keg offer) or return it?

Will you be getting in John Guest FFL to 3/16" as well?

We have another container of Best on order, you guys are chewing through that stuff.

If you have any query with an order please contact us at sales@thehomebrewcompany.ie

Working on the 3/16 fittings, do you have a link to them, have the 5/16 s sorted.

Here are a few examples of the 3/16" fittings

Also there's this little adaptor that goes into the JG 3/8" connector that lets you use 3/16" line, it's visible here: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/3-16-beer-line-ball-lock-disconnect-john-guest-kit-Cornelius-Corny-Keg-/231807912084?

None of those are the 3/16 FFL though. Is there a direct 3/16 FFL? - cant seem to find one.

dcalnan

There's no 3/16 ffl connector, easiest thing is to get the 3/8 ffl adapter and a 3/8 to 3/16 stem to tube adapter.

Yes just got confirmation of this now, so use this one:

https://www.thehomebrewcompany.ie/treaded-ffl-for-disconnect-female-adaptor-38-tube-x-716-p-1676.html

and slot this one into it and you have the 3/16 FFL

https://www.thehomebrewcompany.ie/straight-stem-reducer-38-316-p-3151.html

Got there in the end.

Hi, wondering if you guys ever have honey malt? I thought I saw it on your site before but not sure.

Leann ull

I don't think I've ever seen that for sale in Ireland even though a lot of US recipes have it for things like Kolsch. I've just used melanoidin in its place with reasonable results, or someone recommended a low crystal like 10 or 20, bit of experimenting required.

Just happen to be trying a honey lager I made using honey malt. My first time tasting it. I have subbed melanoiden for honey malt in the past. Having tasted it now , there is no substitute. honey malt tastes like honey. The substitutes don't. Relative was coming in from toronto and I got some brought over. Would be great to have it supplied here.

Will you guys be offering 1kg/5kg prices for some of the other malts like acid malt etc.?  Also Malteries Franco-Belges do a Diastatic Amber Malt, available from Brupaks, could I order a 5kg bag?  I ask as you're down as the Brupaks dealer in Ireland.
