Planning permission granted. Nice to see something going into the city centre again.

Does planning permission also cover the excise license for a pub??

How bad or good are things in Waterford these days :-\

Not great but getting better. Metalman available in most pubs now, dungarvan available as well. Couple of good pubs for craft like Tullys and Phil Grimes.

Couple of decent off licences - World Wide Wines and Ferrybank Carry Out.

Not really any pubs left near JR Square other than the Gingerman.
