Post by: La brewski on May 22, 2019, 09:55:13 PM
Done one of these kits at the weekend came with no instructions so went ahead with it anyway I added 400g of brewing sugar not knowing if it was the right thing to do got an email reply from them Monday with general instructions looks like it covers most kits but had no added sugar on it probably going to blow the head off me anyone try this kit before

Water treatment is a must to get the best from NEIPA.

400g will only add about 1% alcohol to a 23L batch. I wouldn't be that worried.

Not too bad so I reduced total yo 20 liters also I'm thinking of doing this with all kits maybe a little more flavour if I reduce a few liters on each batch

Best way to get more flavor into a kit is with some fresh ingredients. Steep some grains or add some extra dry hops.
