Title: 1st attempt at kit hacking
Post by: Inky on February 21, 2016, 05:49:55 PM
Payday and boredom can be a dangerous mix I've just realised. I have just ordered some simcoe, Chinook, cascade and ahtanum hops, and and extra light LME . I've had a coopers lying around at home so I've decided that it's time to dip my toe into hacking and see what happens. My plan is to use about 20/25g each of the hops to make a hop tea then add it to the lme and coopers kit, leave it for 2weeks then dry hop with about the same amount again before bottling.
