I think I will bring my Citra Kveik Pale Ale again, once it has conditioned a bit in the keg (and maybe dropped a bit bright).
aka Imperial Single Hopped Citra Kveik Brut IPA or be-careful-with-glucoamylase
If I am quick off the mark, I could turn around another another pale ale, but that is pushing it a bit methinks.
I will definitely bring in the kveik pale ale again. Its dropped well bright and cleared nicely in the keg, helped along by these baltic temperatures we have at the moment.
Interestingly, the pale ale that I followed with it, has hit terminal already, so we will be able to sample the results of pitching directly onto a kveik yeast cake.
So from me:
TSOAB: kveik citra pale ale/IPA 6.8%
TSOAB: bin ends american pale ale (lots of C hops) 1.047
Quick reminder that this is on this weekend. Anyone in the area who fancies dropping by is more than welcome.
Gentle nudge to complete my presentation noted.
And also gentle reminder to package up my beers for transport this weekend.
