TV3 Documentary on Teelings Whiskey

I watched it last night. It was quite good. It is on again same time next Monday. It follows the construction of Teelings new distillery in Dublin. Not sure how many episodes. Worth watching. Should be interesting to see the distillery take shape and finally start producing whiskey. Teelings also plan to develop a whiskey museum to rival the Guinness Hop Store. A bit ambitious, I would think!!!

Saw it as well, enjoyable to watch. They opened officially today as well. I wonder who approached who about the series.
