I'm looking at making this Founders Centennial clone and it mentions using some Munich 60L: https://www.brewersfriend.com/homebrew/recipe/view/374873/mac-s-founders-centennial-ipa-clone
This equates to around 160 EBC but can't find any Munich malt even close to that on thehomebrewcompany's website. I have opted to use a much lighter Munich malt but can anyone confirm if Munich 60L exists or whether this is a cara-munich or some alternative? I have bought this as a replacement but it is much lighter https://www.thehomebrewcompany.ie/munich-malt-type-ii-crushed-weyermanns-ebc-22-500g-p-1354.html. The recipe already contains caramunich and I'll have loads spare so should I use the lower EBC (22) munich or just use more caramunich?
Cheers
looks like it maybe the Caramunich Type III (Weyermanns 140-160 EBC) (https://www.thehomebrewcompany.ie/caramunich-type-iii-crushed-malt-500g-weyermanns-140160-ebc-p-140.html) that HBC have

Cheers pob! I have ordered some of that to cover the Belgian Caramunich part of the recipe so I'm guessing that this is something else? Or should I treat them as roughly equivalent and use the Caramunich Type 3 for both of these additions?
