Will_D

I would like to propose Tuesday the 16 th of April for our next meet. The 9th is a bit early in the month and I might just be up north looking at barrels.

Apart from the usual tastings and banter I would like to propose an Agenda:

1. Nominate 2 reps to go onto the NHC committee.

2. What to do with our barrel?
What to put in it and where to store it?

3. Locations for our meetings:
It has been requested to move our winter venue to
somewhere in Malahide as being more
convienient for Public transport. Lets discuss

Also come the summer it is suggested we meet
in peoples gardens or out at the seaside. Lets discuss.

4. AOB - any one else want to discuss something?

Any requests / offers?

As there's a lot to do and talk I suggest a limit of 2 beers per person on average.

If Ritchie or Tube/Dempsey need picking up and delivering from/to Malahide Dart station please let us know as James or myself will pick you up.

Now to the list:

1. Will_D:  Hoepfner Porter
Remember: The Nationals are just round the corner - time to get brewing

Just updating the agenda:

2. What to do with our barrel?
    a. Who is in on this
    b. What to brew to fill it?
    c. Where to store it?
    d. How long to leave it?

Feel free to update this with comments and suggestions so we can rip through this quickly and then get down to some tastings

Great beers again tonight. Fair play! Thanks Colin and Ciaran for the empty bottles :)

Some really interesting and quality beers. Great saisons, jacob's ihb2013 was brill... As well as a cheeky sour beer from ratsathome.
