Hope to make this too

I have nothing new ready but I would like to compare my Tsunami Baltic Porter clone with Shanna's hope I should have 2 bottles left of my first attempt and I agree with Shanna is the better of the 2 I brewed.

9. Andrew - 6.7% Coffee & oatmeal stout and 5.8% pale ale

Shanna

Hi David

I suspect your will win hands down, can still remember that spectrum of flavours. Tasted like a rainbow after s hard brew session. Would be interested to compare mine against yours in three months time I as mine is too mild and needs to be staler (been reading Graham Wheelers book).

My pale ale isn't fully conditioned, so I'm going to toe the line and bring along yet another stout instead. It's not for the faint-hearted though - it's got a bit of a kick..  8)

Absolutely great night tonight! I think that was the most varied and enjoyable tasting I have had in ages. Big thanks to all the new brewers that came along, I was really blown away with the quality.
