Nick, thanks for coming. I have to say, that choco stout of yours was one the best homebrews I've ever tasted. I was amazed that you managed to achieve that kind of flavour without using actual chocolate. Well done!

Great night Lads. Thanks for all the advice. Very impressed with the quality of your brews. That Vanilla Porter was excellent...the sample from the barrel project and the chilli stout also stand out in my mind for obvious reasons, but again great brews all round!

Just getting started on my wit, prepped it last night with my yeast starter and all was looking well, told my girlfriend to give a little stir every now and again, just got home and she had swirled a little to much and the yeast had poured out the top and all over the beaker.

too late to turn back now, fingers crossed

"And it burns, burns, burns the ring if fire!!!" - melody going through my head before dtinking Conors chili stout :)

"There she blows" - thought going through every other persons head at the recent South Dublin meet before Declan opens one of his brews :-)
