Hi All, Just started into the homebrew scene last week.

Currently have 1 batch of Woodforde's Admiral's Red Ale brewing in primary for last 7 days, with a Cooper's Canadian Blonde kit next up. Thinking of bottling the ale after 2 weeks in primary.

Hope to meet up with you guys in due course. Based out of Limerick myself so will be looking forward to chatting to any locals out there with some tips on brewing/ set-ups/ and local brew-stores.

Hey Steve,

Woodfordes is always a good one to start with, I used do their stuff almost exclusively when I was doing kits, them and coopers.

Good luck with it, it's a great hobby.

Hi Steve I'm in West Limerick, currently doing up the house to sell and move back to the city missed the bright lights. A few of us used meet up in the blind pig but it was just logistically too difficult for me. There is a couple of good lads on the limerick home brew club. Ask any questions you like, you'll receive nothing but good advice and support here.
