Thanks to HBW for the supplies. Decided to go for challenger and Gervin Ale yeast as wanted to make this

Recipe called for Crystal 120 steeped for 30 mins

Let the LME sit in hot water to soften it. This is probably the 10th Extract brew I have done and this is by far the freshest LME i have smelled and seemed to give more ABV then the other types.

Challenger and EKG ready for the boil

Everything in the fermenter

This will be bottled at the weekend so looking forward to trying it in a couple weeks. Very impressed with the LME and the freshness of the hops. So impressed in fact that I subsequently ordered Bulldog Fuggles, Cascade and Chinook. Why no other company have thought to make a resealable pouch is beyond me. Delighted with everything in the range.

Cheers HBW
