I have a small plastic 10L keg/barrel and just wondering if it takes about the same length of time to condition in a small keg as it would in a bottle. Or longer/shorter?

Nearing the 2 week mark and I'm hanging for a drink!  :P

waiting will improve the beer but i would easily be at that after 2 weeks .. ideally 1 room temp 1 cold. either way if its a resealable keg get in to it.... then monitor by tasting each few days till its gone and start again

Oh it's resealable alright - it'll get filled many's the time!

So brew, wait a bit, drink - repeat. Got it  ;)

and get a second batch on so that it can be conditioning while the first one is being drank

I have 5 kegs filled and 2 drinking these days. They'll be conditioned to he'll and back :)

Very nice. Have to say - loving this keg. A good way to try out the world of kegs without forking out for a cornie and all the trimmings. Although that may well come...
