Basically from my recent FES i took 15 litres@1015 third runnings,next day i knocked up the brew above.I did a full 60 minutes boil with the hop schedule and dememera above with the 15 litres third runnings and used the resulting post boil liquid to dilute the Munton's Old Ale kit then topped off to 23.0 litres and it came to OG 1055.  ;D

This has been in the pressure barrel a few days now and i tapped it last night to sample.Still very young atm needs at least another week,the tap leaks a little from the seal when i pour so i need to attend to that once its empty. This brew came out almost exactly what i would expect from a porter if not quite the mouthfeel,next time i get a chance to do this again i might add some lactose for balance and more body. ;D
