Medium ABV Stout

The brew shed's warming up and the larger's drinking nicely after 3 months in the bottles.
I've got some leftover fuggles and 1.5 KG of LME so thinking of getting two FVs of a medium ABV stout on the go for those autumn evenings:

1 x Cooper's Irish stout kit
250g Carapils
30g Fuggles 15min steep
750 g LME
