Looking through our current list of entrants I don't see anyone else in Cork at the moment. If you know anyone who is coming up to to a Dublin/Wicklow direction we could arrange to get the bottles from them.

Alternatively you can post the bottles directly to Ed. See https://gcbrewers.ie/competitions/entry for his EirCode.

The competition website is now live at https://gcbrewers.ie/competitions/

We won't be adding any more styles at this point as we wanted to avoid having too many styles, so sours, historical beers and beers that have a min ABV at/above the 4.5% limit were excluded.

Hi,
I'm selling my all in one system due to an upgrade. Included is 45l automatic brew kettle which can be operated manuallyor you can load profiles, neoprene jacket, immersion chiller, circulation and whirlpool arms, hop spider, mash paddle and a spare sightglass. I used it for about 12 brews and its served me well. In very good condition. Would suit someone starting out or someone who wants to move to an all-in-one setup. Asking €250.
I can send you photos if you get in touch.

Any chance of adding Piwo Grodziskie (27A) to the list?

Another shout for X5 NZ Pilsner to be added if you can, I'd imagine more than a few of us are brewing/brewed one

For Sale / Selling 60 liter Electric Brew...

https://www.adverts.ie/other-home-garden/65-liter-microbrewery-for-sale/36913104

Selling a three-pot Electric Brewery, based on the "50A Back to Back" version. If you have a 50A circuit to the control panel, you can be boiling one 60 liter batch, while heating a second 60 liter set of water in the HLT.

This would allow you to make three 60 liter batches a day.

https://www.theelectricbrewery.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=32283

It consists of:
* Electric Brewery control panel ($2300 assembled)
* Three 70 liter pots, insulated, with lids (€1500 for pots + fittings, €300 for fitted elements)
* HLT has a 4400W element (20 amps)
* Boiler has a 4400W element (20 amps)
* Mash tun has a custom false bottom that's 443mm diameter, allowing for lots of flow
* Eight silicon hoses, with 1/2" quick fit connectors for connecting pumps to tuns
* 40 plate copper chiller + thermometer for fast chilling (€100)
* Two pumps, with 1/2" quick-fit connectors (€100 each)
* 30l fermenter and 60 liter fermenter (€60)
* Fermentation fridge (normal big fridge, with a wifi dongle to either turn the fridge on, or turn a heating pad on, to keep fermentation at an exact temperature) (€50)
* Motorized grain mill (€200)
* 250 500ml beer bottles in crates (€500 new, €100 for the crates)

It's €4500 worth of kit, but .. I've not used it in two years, and I kinda want to free up the workshop for something new. Would suit someone with a pub who wants to experiment with a house beer, or a very enthusiastic homebrewer. I'm asking for €2500, but will probably settle for a good bit less.
