Hi all,

I am new to the site. I love the taste of craft beer would like to start experimenting and make my own. I have looked at several kits online but as I have no experience I am confused as what to purchase. As a tillage farmer I would like to produce a beer using as much native products as possible.

Any help would be appreciated

Keep it simple to start.
Meet with another brewer and see how it is done.
If you can't, there are some excellent walkthroughs here.
If you have a question, see if someone has asked it before.
If you can't find it, ask.

Try the Craft Range or Coopers they go down pretty well :)

It might be a good idea to buy John Palmer's book How to Brew.  It was, and still is, my bible when starting out.
