Date: 28/3/15 12pm start
Location: The Mottly Brew, 106 Lagan Road, Dublin Industrial Estate, Glasnevin, D11.

Firstly does anyone want to be the headbrewer?
No need to bring any equipment or ingredients as they have everything available, just bring yourself!
Homebrew welcome too!
This is the third monthly brewday after the first two successful brew by myself and paul.
Stick your names down just to see what interest we have this month.

Pretty busy this Saturday so I won't be able to brew, but I'll try call by at some stage.

So i think the current plan is to brew a California common style beer, with me hingo and beerfly and possibly someone else splitting the batch at the end of the brewday and using possibly different lager yeasts.

It's a lovely style to brew. Make sure to use northern brewer for the hopping and the cal lager yeast - it really makes a difference.
I've got a good recipe I've used before lying around if you want it.
