I can submerge my fermentation vessels in it fully it's star San / ro water also two small bodies

One handy trick you might notice if you have a fast fermenter I use the top or lower ring of a keg as a sort of stand in the fridge. Bolt welded or drilled either side...simples and cheap

I was gonna make small post but no need now job done. Have solar panel pump and filter for star San bin keeps any particles  from gathering in there lasts ages.

Brother left for oz I got portacabin from him that was sweet  ;D
Hard to keep me dry so I insulated it and cladded it should add years to its life

nice job on the portocabin, did you account for the sugars in the banana or how to figure final gravity.

I reckon half percent gain from banana but not really worried about fg or alcohol maybe in future brews. Technique and flavor at this point.
