Flavour hops at end of fermentation instead of at end of boil

Missed the responses to this sorry. Think brulophsy did one judging dry vs steep at 85C.

As for the temp, it's a curve, so at 85-80, your getting a lot less bittering. Like anything you just need to find what works for you.
Fermenting: IPA, Lambic, Mead
Conditioning: Lambic, Cider, RIS, Ole Ale, Saison
On Tap: IPA, Helles, Best Bitter

I was doing mine at 80 for 20 minutes usually but last week I tried just throwing them in at flamenco and leaving them for 10 minutes before I started the chiller. Guess Ill see soon enough.
