MCI malt is malt from the Malting Co of Ireland. If you did a SMaSH beer with MCI grain and these hops you would have a fully Irish beer  :)

agree.. im doin an all irish with mci malt, athy oats, ellistown roast field barley and hope from my garden, beetroot from my garden and myrtle from my garden. :)  nice to use local and fresh irish stuff :)
