I second this! I do half batches too when I don't want to bottle a full batch or if it's a style I'm not sure I'll want a full batch of around. A half kit with both dry and liquid yeast options would be great.

Edit. Also an option with no yeast!

Will have a look at the Maris otter situation and smaller mash kits next week.
