Haha! Nice one Andy. Hope the brewday went well.

My missus has just gone to church with the kids. What's the chances of sneaking in a quick AG over the next 75-90 minutes? Maybe just stick to hoovering and mopping the floors as per parting instructions  :(

"What did you go for?" - Hi Chris - went for a lip smacking, battery licking IPA!

The day started well....free afternoon to brew. Everything going smoothly. A BBQ and a couple of beers - Beavertown Gamma Ray and a Stone Levitation - could it get much better (I hear you ask)?

Then I sliced my hand. Then my Solar Pump packed in.

A 30 min hop steep at flame-out, lasted 2.5 hours. Gravity and a large bucket transferred the wort to the fermentor and it was left to cool overnight. Got the pump going this morning, so a quick chill and in with the Nottingham.

Heading out now to clean up the mess.............oh, and then the hoovering and the ironing (I've a list too Bazza)...........the price paid for a Saturday afternoon brew! Bliss!
