Just looked at the video clip and it is very vague on detail. Would not entice me from what I saw

Looks like a gallon at a time - and still takes 4-6 hours.

One thing that's vague is whether or not fermentation and temp control happens inside the unit, thus tying it up for 2-3 weeks, or can the minikeg be moved elsewhere for fermentation.

Either way, very gimmicky to me. Where's the heavy lifting, the getting soaked, the general misery we all love about brewing?

I fear change too much.
