Title: Hello.
Post by: Fritzerellie on December 05, 2020, 09:16:01 PM
I've been trying to brew stout from a coopers Irish stout kit.

My 1st effort was 26 years ago and it was pure vinegar. (probably wasn't a coopers kit but I can't remember)

My 2nd go was about 5 weeks ago and I'm not that hopeful because I didn't properly monitor the temperature during fermentation but I'll leave it another week or two and see what happens.

My 3rd attempt was a week ago and things are looking a lot better so far.

Practice makes perfect. Hopefully

Welcome.
That kit actually makes a pretty decent stout with just a little hacking :)
