Next part, i hope to be able to egit further vids, i must learn to use the software but i had to do this now or i never would have. I hope that from now on i can use this as guide for what i do to newbies like me and ye guys can comment here or there with suggestions? ;D

that's my current setup, my fridge is only used for cold crashing (and summer brewing although it seems so far off...)
If your house is that cold, i'd really recommend a brewbelt.

What do ye think of this i saw it on ebay i reckon it would work great with a STC-1000 as it has a fan and is also low wattage at only 100w. Was thinking of buying one???  :-/

That was my only concern.
Do you put the brew belt around the fermenting vessel or just leave it in the fridge loose as i saw on one video?

Wrapped around the FV is more efficient for a brewbelt
That way the heat is pushed directly into the brew.
