Hi, looking for IPA recipe for Summer. Something like Galway Bay Full Sail IPA would be great. Thanks.

4kg Golden Promise (80%)
1kg Munich Malt      (20%)

Hops
15g Columbus 60min
40g El Dorado Whirlpool for 10min
40g Cascade Whirlpool for 10min

Dry hop 60g each of Cascade and El Dorado and 30g Columbus

Yeast US-05

If you mash at around 68c it should give you a beer thats OG 1.06 and an estimated FG of 1.016.
So that's 5.78 ABV and 47 IBU's which is very close to Full Sail.

Roo, where did you get Golden Promise, or did you substitute with Maris Otter?

I'd say the HBC has Golden Promise in stock. They used to anyway.

How long do you dry hop for with this recipe?

I tend to do do a short and cold dry hop,I cold crash and add the hops, then transfer to keg after 2-3 days
