Will_D

I am starting a clean thread for this.

The last sign up from the old list was:

1. Will_D Ok for 1 or 2 shares
2. Simon preference for 2
3. Partridge 1 or 2
4. Pheeel. 1
5. Molc OK for 1 or 2 shares
6. Jacob 1 or 2
7.Richie 1
8.Jolley brewer Ok for 1 or 2 shares
9. Pat 1 or (pref)2 shares
10. Cruiscinlan 1 or 2 shares.

Each holds about 120 litres so its 6 and a bit  cornies to fill it.

Now we are getting two casks and they cost €90 each. Cost per share therefore is about 180/12 =  €15

If there are less than 12 takers then a second share may be taken but lets see how this fills up first.

I will get them this week!

We are going to do a Russian Imperial Stout and a Baltic Porter (this needs lagering so if you can't lager brew the RIS)!

Can Nigel repost the RIS recipe and can someone post the BP recipe please.

So lets start the list:

Cask 1 RIS:

So the casks have been obtained at a discount (only €80 each) - poor old Brian was abit green but hey its what I do!

Will be checking them out tomorow. There is a piccy on the whatsApp thread!

As for payment then I suggest you just pay me at the next couple of meetings - why involve payPal expenses and the club!

Now given that despite our best calculations we have never filled a cask I suggest 7 peeps per cask.
That would make it 160/14 =  €11.428571428571428571428571428571 per share or rounded its 11.50!

Cornies are to be Unpressurissed or better still in a 20 litre drum

Remember: The Nationals are just round the corner - time to get brewing

Ye got the Brian's my friend so I better give a disount from the lad. He is trying to keep me sweet :D. A pint a man from ye all next time we meet :)
