...well, juice. Eventually it'll be cider. Decided to juice some apples today as I couldn't leave the house. Conversion rate was 50%, i.e. 1Kg of apples yielded 500ml of juice. Gravity on the low side, 1.048. Coxes off my own tree gave 1.060.
