Hey chaps it's been ages I know, my missus has been doing her MSc so I have been on kid duty. She is finished now so thought I would kick off with a bang.

25kg Maris Otter
3kg Crystal malt 100
Mangrove Jacks, 1 Newcastle dark ale, 1 workhorse yeast
Other bits and bobs.

Brewed a Belgian Wit Bier which has been carving for just over a week.

Mangrove Jack's Newcastle Dark sounds really interesting - I was really impressed with their saison yeast.
