Also, on a swap shop theme, does anyone have any pectolase going spare? I've the following if anyone's looking:
Cararye
Cara Amber
Brown roast
Carafa I
Carafa II
Wheat malt
Any takers?

danger_zone

Aidan might have some but he's over in Belgium at the minute. He'll be back tomorrow I'll ask him then

Lucky ghet, will he be smuggling back a few crates?

Unfortunately not this time. He's flying over. He did sent me pictures of his bottles of westvleteren 8,10 and 12 though. How nice of him

Hi lads

I have soraghans organised for Friday I have a beer from France it's savage stuff
I was thinking of having a wee county brewers comp to recreate it for December?
Ps it's 8.8%  and tasty stuff to match

That sounds like a good challenge!  What does the winner get?  A batch of 8.8% French cloned beer for Christmas and bragging rights?  :P

barney

That sounds like a brilliant prize!

Lads, I'll be collecting any entries for either the Liffey German comp or the Lambert and sons Porter comp. I'll be dropping them off over the weekend.

Thanks dan. I'll have two porters for the Lambert and sons competition. Think I'll enter the citra rather than the coconut
