Anybody available for a pre-Christmas meet up. I know it's a busy time of year when money's tight and Christmas partys on etc. so we'll see if we can get any numbers. The second Friday of the month falls on the 12th

Ah good stuff. I bottled a wheat beer today so it'll be ready in time. I was really impressed with the initial taste test

1lb of fresh cherrys cut in half and then on the second month of racking i racked on top of another pound of tinned cherrys just to add to the flavour. You won't get fresh cherrys this time of year though

Out! Christmas party same night and free food wins out! Obviously, right?
The Merlot came out nicely. Another month to mature before yee get it should help(edit: smell is way too fruity). It's about 11%.
