Hi Have a IPA on at the mo have dry hopped with Cascade but got some chinhook hops today, is it worth adding a bag of chinhook or will it not really add any more to the brew, plus really dont like opening the fermenter again at this stage. Its a Cooper Austrailian Pale Ale (i prefer it to the brewmaster verison). OG 1.060 (2kg LDME) FG 1.008.

If you're using a muslin bag, boil it for a few minutes to sterilise it and you should be good.
You will have a layer of CO2 on top of your brew so sneak the bag-o-hops in gently.

The chinook would add a nice piney aroma, but personally I'd leave it off in case of infection.
Anyway, 50g Cascade should be loads  ;)

By the way, hi folks! I just stumbled across this place after googling 'Homebrew Cork'...
